Trinity Church is seeking a full-time NextGen Pastor to oversee youth and children’s ministries across both of our campuses.
Oversee youth and children’s ministries across both campuses, serving as a high-capacity leader of ministry teams, not simply a gifted minister.
Serve under the Lead Pastor while working closely with campus pastors, remaining aligned with overall vision and leadership. This role will be shaped around the minister’s unique mix of gifts and abilities for best fit and maximum impact.
Compensation and credentials: $50,000 per year. There is no ministerial credentials requirement for this position at hire, though pursuing credentials will be expected.

We’re looking for a safe, reliable driver who enjoys working around children and supporting a positive, structured environment. Pay: $15/hour.
Safely transport students to and from schools to Trinity Church, as well as after-school programs, summer camp activities, and approved field trips while following all traffic laws and safety procedures.
Maintain required qualifications, including a valid CDL with passenger/school bus endorsement (as required by state law) and a successful background check and driving record review.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections, report maintenance concerns promptly, and help keep the bus clean and in good condition.
Support a calm, respectful environment on the bus, reinforcing behavior expectations and reporting any student or safety concerns to the Program Director.
Be dependable and punctual, following assigned schedules and staying flexible for occasional schedule adjustments during camp season.
